SEK-Qatar Preschool 3

Our Preschool 3 classes took a visit to Roza Hassad. We left bright and early at 8.00am from the school. Our group consisted of our Preschool 3 classes, our Preschool 3 teachers and four parents who kindly volunteered to join us for the trip. We began our trip in the showroom. The children sat down and watched a nice slide show about plants, which was accompanied by relaxing music. Then, our group leader directed us into beautiful greenhouses. Our Preschool 3 classes REALLY enjoyed exploring the greenhouses and smelling the different flowers.

Our Preschool 3 students really enjoyed planting the sunflower seeds!

The children in Preschool 3a planted some tomatoes and onions as part of their Unit of Inquiry about Plants . They also showed that they were caring and principled by watering the plants to take care of them.
